‘Crisis pregnancy centers’ sue Massachusetts for campaign targeting their anti-abortion practices

"Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey launched a $1 million taxpayer-funded initiative in June designed to discourage people from seeking help from “crisis pregnancy centers” that are typically religiously affiliated and counsel clients against having abortions. As we sprint towards Election Day 2024 with high-profile presidential and congressional elections on the horizon, many of us are talking about how these elections will impact abortion access in North Carolina and around the country.
